ever bought nursery furniture or accessories came home & opened the box & found the wrong color?

I wanted to get a rocking chair for my baby’s nursery room and the room is painted yellow with white ceiling. I have winnie the pooh theme with some stickers and when i came home it was blue and white. I didn’t bother returning it because i can lift. An employee had to lift it to the car and when i got home, i had to to some fancy turning and turning to avoid lifting and bring it in the house. (FYI I live by myself and i had no one to do it for me).

I have and I actually called the store where I got it from. I am alone too btw and they sent their delivery truck to my place with the correct color and took the other one back!! Maybe you could try doing that? If not you might try a neighbor or something!! Good luck!
